About the role
The Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Academy offers a structured training programme for recent graduates to become Private Advisors. The programme is based in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal or Cape Town and feeds a talent pool for future wealth‑management roles.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training covering wealth management, financial planning and investments.
- Serve high‑net‑worth clients under the guidance of experienced advisors.
Required profile
- FAIS‑accredited NQF 7 or NQF 8 qualification in Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting or Economics.
- Strong interest in client‑facing wealth management.
