About the role
The PSG Graduate Programme 2027 is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract offering recent graduates structured on‑the‑job training, mentorship and the possibility of permanent employment. The programme operates in Gauteng and the Western Cape, providing exposure to real‑world projects.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured on‑the‑job training.
- Complete soft‑skills and technical training modules.
- Work closely with an assigned mentor and buddy.
Required profile
- Completed Bachelor’s, Honours, Master’s or PhD in Commerce, Engineering or Science.
- Academic average of 65% or higher.
- Valid South African ID.
