Payment Operations Manager – Francophone Africa

About the role

As a Payment Operations Manager you will own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end payment experience for Zepz users in Francophone Africa. Reporting to the Director of Payment Operations, you will manage relationships with payout partners, resolve performance issues and help shape new optimisation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with aggregators, banks and telcos across Francophone Africa.
• Monitor payment performance, identify issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Analyse transaction data to uncover optimisation opportunities and support new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal product, compliance and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on partner performance and operational metrics.
