Group Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to strengthen our group reporting, financial controls and reconciliation processes as the business scales. This hands‑on role involves working across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions in a fast‑moving international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies.
• Prepare management accounts, board reporting and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate intercompany balances and support transfer pricing processes.
• Coordinate statutory accounts, external audits and local finance requirements.
• Reconcile accounting records to bank accounts, treasury systems, settlement partners and transaction platforms.
• Oversee reconciliation of digital asset and stablecoin activity to wallets, reserve accounts and the general ledger.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, suspense items and intercompany differences.
• Maintain strong finance controls, month‑end procedures and segregation of duties.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant: CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong experience in multi‑entity consolidation and foreign currency accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Experience managing month‑end close, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or international entities.
• Comfortable working with Xero or similar cloud accounting systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with auditors and external advisers.
