IT Support Professional – Pilanesberg

About the role

The Kingdom Resort is looking for an IT Support Professional to provide on‑site technical assistance across its resorts in South Africa. You will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure and ensuring reliable service for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to resort locations throughout South Africa to install, repair, upgrade and maintain PCs, servers, printers, telephones, TVs and wireless equipment.
• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users and coordinate with third‑party suppliers.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including Mikrotik and Ubiquiti routers and access points.
• Maintain cabling and fibre optic installations.
• Document incidents, resolutions and configuration changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Linux and Windows 7/10/11 environments.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies and Mikrotik/Ubiquiti equipment.
• Ability to work independently, research solutions and resolve complex issues.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Relevant certifications such as Linux+, LPI, Network+, Security+, MCSE or equivalent are preferred.
