Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build and optimise end‑to‑end ML solutions that drive real business impact. The role involves owning the full ML lifecycle, collaborating with AI engineers and data teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise machine‑learning models and pipelines that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Own the complete ML lifecycle from data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain MLOps infrastructure for reliable, repeatable model delivery.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams to turn use cases into production‑grade solutions.
• Implement observability tooling to monitor model performance, drift and data quality in production.
• Mentor junior engineers, review work and support their professional growth.
• Continuously improve model quality, efficiency and scalability across the product suite.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale.
• Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics and data modelling.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication across engineering and data teams.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
