About the role

A prominent financial services group is looking for an AI specialist to drive the development and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The role will embed AI/ML capabilities across the organisation, turning technical possibilities into real business benefits. You will work closely with diverse teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI and ML models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with business units to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML projects.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing technological infrastructure.
• Monitor performance of deployed AI/ML systems and make adjustments.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts and outcomes to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Contribute to the overall AI/ML adoption strategy.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of software engineering experience with proven AI/ML project delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in AI and machine‑learning domains.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with banking or financial‑services systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to change.
