APEX Graduate Programme 2027 – Future Leaders Accelerator

About the role

Lesaka Technologies is launching the APEX Graduate Programme 2027 – a Future Leaders Accelerator for high‑performing graduates and final‑year students in Johannesburg. Selected participants will join the company as permanent employees from day one and will rotate across technology, finance, operations and commercial functions over an 18‑month period.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real business projects with measurable deliverables across fintech solutions.
• Contribute to cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, AI automation, finance, risk and operations streams depending on placement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to solve strategic challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 75 % academic average in a relevant technology, finance or operations qualification.
• Demonstrated leadership through university, work, community or entrepreneurial activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and a curiosity for technology and financial services.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Basic understanding of fintech concepts and willingness to learn cybersecurity, AI, or finance fundamentals.
