HR Administrator

About the role

Busamed Modderfontein Private Hospital seeks an energetic, self‑motivated HR Administrator to manage a full generalist human resources function. The role involves recruitment, payroll processing, benefits administration and supporting staff and management with HR queries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Administer benefits and collate payroll inputs including new engagements, movements, deductions and terminations.
• Assist managers and staff with HR‑related queries and provide onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Conduct recruitment and selection activities, including advertising, interviewing and shortlisting.
• Support HR audits, reporting and the planning of staff events and wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4) with a qualification in Human Resources Management or related studies.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure while multitasking.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
