Head of School of Entrepreneurship

About the role

The Head of School of Entrepreneurship will provide strategic, academic and commercial leadership to transform Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, focusing on growth‑stage entrepreneurs within corporate supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, academic and operational leadership aligned with Regenesys Business School objectives.
• Develop and implement the School’s vision, strategy and growth plan.
• Design innovative entrepreneurship programmes for growth‑stage entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporate supply‑chain businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, investors, government and ecosystem partners.
• Drive commercial growth, identify new revenue streams and sponsorship opportunities.
• Lead curriculum development and continuous improvement of programmes.
• Recruit, develop and manage faculty, mentors and facilitators.
• Establish performance indicators to assess programme impact.
• Oversee budget, financial management and compliance.
• Promote the School’s reputation locally, across Africa and internationally.

Required profile

• Significant experience in entrepreneurship, enterprise development, innovation, consulting or investment.
• Senior leadership experience in a related field.
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with corporates, investors, government or development organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing revenue‑generating programmes.
• Deep understanding of challenges and opportunities for African entrepreneurs and growth‑stage SMEs.
• Experience working with entrepreneurs seeking to scale, access markets or secure funding.
• Experience in developing and delivering entrepreneurship or executive education programmes.
• Strong network within the African corporate, entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem (highly advantageous).
