Managing Partner – Sector Thought Leader

About the role

The Managing Partner will be the public face of the Regenesys School of AI within a specific industry vertical. Leveraging an extensive C‑suite network, the role drives AI‑focused business development, thought leadership and large‑scale transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L growth for the assigned sector, delivering AI consulting, transformation and skilling programmes.
• Act as a sector ambassador, representing the School of AI at industry forums, boards and government committees, and publishing insights on AI trends.
• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, boards and policymakers to secure AI strategy engagements and co‑create value.
• Mentor consulting teams with sector‑specific insights and collaborate with senior leadership to shape vision and market positioning.

Required profile

• 25‑30+ years of senior leadership experience (CXO, Board, MD or Business Head) in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, ICT, Retail or Energy.
• Recognised thought leader with strong visibility in professional and industry networks.
• Deep understanding of industry transformation and AI’s emerging role, able to communicate business impact to executives.
• Extensive C‑suite, corporate and regulatory relationships; visionary, strategic and highly respected.
