Managing Partner – Learning & Development

About the role

Regenesys Business School seeks a dynamic Managing Partner to lead and scale its Learning & Development and executive education initiatives across corporate and private sectors in South Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the school’s vision and growth objectives.
• Lead business development to expand the corporate training and executive education portfolio.
• Build and manage a high‑performing team of L&D professionals and faculty.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives in private and public sectors and design bespoke L&D solutions.
• Oversee design, development and delivery of executive education programmes, leveraging digital and blended learning.
• Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, forecasting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR Development or related field.
• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in L&D, preferably across corporate and private education sectors.
• Proven P&L management and revenue generation experience.
• Strong network within South African corporate and public sector L&D ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and digital learning tools.
