About the role

Join Oasis Group Holdings, a leading ethical investment group in South Africa, as a Financial Advisor. You will work in one of three major cities—Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban—providing wealth‑management and financial‑planning services to a growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client needs analyses and help develop tailored financial plans.
• Provide informed recommendations on investments, wealth‑management solutions and related products.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trusted client relationships.
• Support senior advisors with portfolio management, client reviews and administrative tasks.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation, compliance and record‑keeping.
• Participate in structured product training and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in financial administration, client services or wealth‑management support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• High attention to detail, professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Valid South African ID or work permit and a driver’s licence.
