Client Success Manager

About the role

The Client Success Manager will be fully accountable for delivering efficient and profitable operational services in line with client Service Level Agreements and pricing schedules. This role ensures seamless payroll administration, workforce coordination, and strong client relationships to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage payroll for client accounts, ensuring compliance with procedures, deadlines and SOPs.
• Verify and approve payroll pre‑extract reports, maintain data integrity and oversee payslip distribution.
• Handle billing queries together with credit control and service delivery teams while meeting legislative and governance requirements.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end workforce processes including job requisition validation, recruitment, candidate assessments, inductions, PPE issuance, transport, attendance monitoring and shift staffing.
• Produce daily fill‑rate and operational performance reports for clients and management.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular meetings, service reviews and SLA implementation, identifying future business opportunities.
• Lead and develop operational teams by coaching, performance management, handling disciplinary and labour relations matters, and supporting talent development.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years supervisory or HR generalist experience; TES experience preferred.
• Recruitment experience essential; strong stakeholder and assignee management skills.
• Grade 12 qualification; HR or labour relations qualification advantageous.
