Tax Specialist - Advocacy and Policy

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist – Advocacy and Policy to support the Head of Tax in shaping and maintaining the Group’s tax policy framework across all jurisdictions. The role combines technical research, policy drafting and stakeholder coordination to ensure the company stays ahead of tax legislation and regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track legislative, regulatory, judicial and administrative tax developments in every jurisdiction where the Group operates.
• Prepare technical analyses, policy papers, submissions and position documents for internal and external use.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs, manage tax authority engagements and support industry consultations.
• Maintain and update technical knowledge repositories to ensure consistency of tax positions across the Group.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing Group tax policies, technical guidance and position papers.
• Provide technical support and policy guidance to internal tax workstreams and other business units.
