About the role

Growthpoint Properties, South Africa's largest JSE-listed REIT, is recruiting 2027 Marketing graduates for its Graduate Programme based in Sandton, Gauteng. The 12-month programme gives graduates real responsibilities and impactful projects across the company's property portfolio, with exposure to different teams and off-site operations, and includes a role-specific learnership. A Senior Manager provides direction, feedback and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Solve real problems by applying an analytical mindset to improve service delivery and drive innovation.
• Craft reports, briefings, articles and presentations that influence and inspire.
• Monitor progress and review action plans to support the implementation of sector-specific recommendations.
• Deliver business reports tailored to different audiences, with clarity, relevance and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project groups and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Contribute to meetings, events and team activities, and take part in broader business planning and strategic conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications or a related field; exposure to finance, investments, property, economics or business analytics is an advantage.
• Analytical mind, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Deadline-driven, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter, resilient, adaptable and trustworthy, with flexibility to work after hours or on weekends when required.

Required skills

• Confidence with digital tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
