Marketing Manager, Fertility

About the role

EngagedMD is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic messaging and growth initiatives for its Fertility vertical. The company is a Patient Journey Management solution focused on reducing administrative burden for medical practices and improving the patient experience; this role is key to scaling that mission in the fertility healthcare sector. The position is fully remote and works closely with the Head of Fertility to build market-specific campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, persuasive value propositions highlighting the operational and financial ROI of the EngagedMD platform for fertility providers
• Create and maintain sales tools such as pitch decks, battlecards and objection-handling scripts
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and grow the pipeline
• Work on co-marketing projects and materials supporting fertility partnerships
• Track campaign metrics, sales feedback and industry trends, then report to leadership
• Manage the content and logistics of fertility conferences, webinars and sponsorships
• Prepare collateral and training materials for new feature launches with the product team

Required profile

• At least five years in a well-rounded marketing role, with experience in sales enablement, content strategy and event planning
• B2B marketing background, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced technology environment
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and to explain technical benefits to non-technical people
• Thrives in a small, agile team
