Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing and lead generation for an international property‑focused business. The role covers strategy through execution, focusing on paid advertising, funnels, CRM and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Build and optimise marketing funnels, landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Manage CRM systems, lead tracking, pipelines, automations and nurturing.
• Create high‑quality copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media and other channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and continuously improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure proper lead capture, follow‑up and nurturing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on marketing experience with a strong focus on performance and lead generation.
• Proven ability to work independently, turn briefs into finished deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• CRM platforms and email‑marketing automation.
• Copywriting and content creation for digital channels.
• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• SEO and website content management.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (advantageous).
