ICU Trained Registered Nurse – Clinical Facilitator

About the role

Nursetec SA is seeking an ICU‑trained Registered Nurse to act as a Clinical Facilitator. You will lead induction, training and competency programmes while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate induction and orientation for new staff and ensure all compliance records are completed.
• Identify training needs, coordinate training activities and maintain accurate training documentation.
• Assess clinical competencies, address skill gaps and uphold nursing standards and protocols.
• Promote continuous professional development, including CPD points and BLS/CPR compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and conduct on‑site quality and compliance checks.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, sanctions and client communication within required timelines.
• Oversee IOD, needle‑stick and exposure incident processes and ensure accurate legislative reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant Nursing degree or Diploma.
• ICU training and experience in Life Health Care hospitals (advantageous).
• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical facilitation (preferred).
• Superior interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to take educational charge and computer literacy.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence; ability to commute or relocate to Benoni.
• SANC receipt/ID number must be included in the CV.
