About the role
The Laingsburg Municipality in the Western Cape is offering a Human Resources Intern position for a one‑year fixed‑term internship. The role is based in the Office of the Municipal Manager, within the Corporate Services division, and provides a total cost‑to‑company remuneration of R100 000 per annum. It is designed to give recent graduates practical exposure to all aspects of the municipality’s Human Resources Section.
Required profile
- Degree or National Diploma in a Human Resources‑related field.
- Certified copy (not older than three months) of academic record with results sheet.
- Proficient communication and written skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
- Computer literacy.
- Age between 21 and 35 years.
- Resident of the Laingsburg area.
