About the role
We’re hiring a Head Chef for Malaga By Moyres Hotel. Our 52‑room countryside hotel in the scenic Sicamore Valley seeks a creative and experienced chef to lead the kitchen and craft unforgettable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver exceptional menus
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team
- Ensure quality, consistency, and innovation in every dish
- Champion local ingredients and countryside hospitality
Required profile
- Proven experience as Head Chef or senior culinary leader
- Passion for food, creativity, and presentation
