Graduate Analyst

About the role

Hillingdale Capital is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Analyst to join its investment and origination teams. This position offers direct exposure to investment research, corporate finance, capital raising, and business development within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research across sectors, industries and investment opportunities.
• Identify and research potential corporate clients and transaction opportunities.
• Support live deal execution, including data gathering and transaction preparation.
• Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch materials and transaction documentation.
• Maintain CRM systems, internal databases and business‑development pipelines.
• Coordinate meetings, internal workflows and day‑to‑day operational support.
• Track market developments, financing activity and broader capital‑markets trends.

Required profile

• Honours degree in Finance, Economics, Business Science, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
• Completion of CFA Level 2 (or in progress).
• 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience in finance, consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
