Finishing Foreman – Building

About the role
The Finishing Foreman will lead all interior finishing activities on building projects, ensuring that every element meets the required quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of internal teams and coordination with subcontractors to deliver flawless finishes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all interior finishing work on building sites.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project specifications.
- Control quality throughout the finishing process, from painting to final snagging.
- Ensure painting, ceilings, carpets, tiling, electrical plugs and other finishing elements are completed accurately and to specification.
- Conduct snagging inspections and close out building projects efficiently.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in construction finishes or interior finishing.
- Strong practical knowledge of accuracy and high‑quality finishing.
- Experience with building works (not civil works) and project close‑out.
- NQF Level 6 in Building Construction is advantageous.
