About the role
The Swartland Municipality seeks a senior leader to head Corporate Services, overseeing a wide range of functions including HR, finance, legal, communications and strategic management.
Key responsibilities
- Human Resources Management and Records Management
- Properties, Contracts and Legal Administration
- Tourism, Library and Client Services
- Communications and Strategic Management
- Financial Management and oversight of municipal finance functions
Required profile
- Post‑graduate degree (NQF Level 8) in Public Administration, Management Sciences, Law or equivalent
- Minimum seven years of senior/middle management experience, with at least two years at senior level
- Proven track record of institutional transformation in public or private sector
- South African citizenship, valid Code B driver’s licence and own transport
