Specialist Change Management & Transformation

About the role

Provide specialist change management and transformation services to enhance organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and adoption of change across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, facilitation and execution of change initiatives, developing change management plans, methodologies and frameworks.
• Translate organisational or project transformation objectives into practical interventions, implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and mapping to reduce resistance and build leadership coalitions.
• Identify learning and development needs related to change initiatives and lead continuous improvement of change practices.
• Evaluate employee awareness, readiness and adoption of new structures, processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, Organisational Development or Human Resource Management (NQF 7).
• 8 years HCM experience with at least 5 years in change management.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an added advantage.

• Change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci).
• Project management principles.
• Business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
