About the role
FROGG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from client outreach to candidate placement, working remotely from Cape Town.
Key responsibilities
- Phone clients to generate new business and understand job requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across various roles.
- Conduct employment reference checks and close recruitment deals.
- Maintain high-quality candidate and client relationships throughout the process.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, handling end‑to‑end processes.
- Proven ability in business development and client communication.
