About the role
Join a fast‑growing advisory firm as a Corporate Finance Consultant, working on M&A, valuations and due diligence from day one. This role is designed for a newly qualified CA(SA) looking to transition from audit to a deal‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support M&A transactions and due diligence projects.
- Build financial and valuation models.
- Prepare client presentations and information memorandums.
- Analyse financial performance and market data.
Required profile
- Newly qualified CA(SA) with an audit background.
- Strong technical ability and financial acumen.
- Highly detail‑oriented, structured and organised.
- Zero‑defect mindset and ownership of client work.
- Driven, proactive and accountable personality.
