Clinical Facilitator – ICU Registered Nurse

About the role
The Clinical Facilitator will support nursing staff placed in hospitals across the West Rand, ensuring they meet client standards and receive appropriate training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Screen nursing staff for placement at hospitals.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Deliver workshops and tailor staff development to client needs.
- Conduct quality checks on staff at various hospitals.
- Provide incident counselling and support.
- Assist staff with compliance requirements, including immunisation.
Required profile
- Relevant nursing degree or diploma.
- ICU training.
- Experience in Life Health Care hospitals is advantageous.
- Ability to commute or relocate to West Rand, Gauteng.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
- Preferably at least one year of experience in clinical facilitation.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
