Virtual Sales Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Expressive Arts College is seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Sales Assistant to support the Director with daily sales and executive tasks. This remote position involves managing appointments, coordinating communications, and handling administrative duties to keep the Director focused and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Set appointments and follow up with leads, clients, staff, and partners.
• Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar.
• Assist with daily administrative and executive tasks.
• Organise meetings, reminders, and priorities.
• Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, email, phone, and internal systems.
• Track tasks and ensure important items are followed through.
• Support basic operations, reporting, and coordination.
• Reduce the Director’s workload by handling repetitive administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, calendars, and task‑management tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good follow‑up skills and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn; prior experience as a VA, Executive Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Admin Assistant is a plus.
