About the role
Careerbox is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its fibre sales campaign in the Durban area. The role focuses on generating new business, meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell fibre services to prospective customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Engage with customers both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide product information and address customer queries.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months call‑centre sales experience or 1 year face‑to‑face sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Confident, well‑spoken and energetic.
- Customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Matric certificate is mandatory.
- Based in Durban/Umhlanga area.
