Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a group of handlers in delivering operational excellence. The role focuses on maintaining process standards, driving performance, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to meet operational targets and uphold process standards.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, training and regular feedback.
• Review daily operational performance, resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health and safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate resources and equipment to support efficient daily operations.
• Track and report on team KPIs, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork while supporting HR processes.

• Proven experience in leading operational teams.
• Strong ability to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to handle day‑to‑day issues.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Good organizational skills for resource coordination.
