Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support network and warehouse optimisation, drive supply‑chain initiatives and contribute to business development. You will work within a temperature‑controlled logistics network across Southern Africa, helping to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse transport nodes, calculate current network costs and model cost impacts of facility changes.
• Evaluate warehouse capacity and model medium‑ and long‑term inventory and transport scenarios.
• Review daily supply‑chain data, create analytical models, and recommend investments or new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate data in the information system and SAP, generate reports for management, and ensure data backups.
• Oversee filing, safeguard records, and compile ad‑hoc spreadsheets as needed.
• Take ownership of tasks, plan and prioritise work, and communicate risks or delays to relevant parties.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
• Commitment to upholding company values and supporting team objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for data entry and maintenance.
• Experience with data analysis and modelling techniques.
