Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

Premier FMCG is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join its team in Paarl, Western Cape. The full‑time position supports the end‑to‑end flow of customer orders, stock allocation, transport coordination, deliveries and reporting. Candidates should have at least Grade 12 and some FMCG experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and maximise OTIF (On‑time In‑Full) performance.
• Process orders in the warehouse system and create transport purchase orders.
• Book delivery slots, coordinate warehouse collections and track shipments to delivery.
• Communicate delivery updates and handle customer queries.
• Prepare weekly supply‑chain reports and check product availability with plants.
• Escalate issues to supervisors and manage customer expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain and transport processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good customer‑relationship skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
