Strategic Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

A US-based digital marketing agency specialising in healthcare, medical and dental equipment manufacturing is looking for an experienced Strategic Senior Account Manager. The role leads key client relationships, oversees digital marketing strategies and ensures high-quality campaigns. The successful candidate communicates with C-suite executives, guides high-level marketing discussions and delivers recommendations aligned with clients' business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior executives
• Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Guide SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic and search rankings
• Oversee paid search, paid and organic social media, traditional media and web design initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and timely delivery
• Review campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements
• Maintain high quality standards across creative assets, campaigns and deliverables
• Lead client meetings, strategic presentations and high-level discussions
• Represent the agency in webinars and industry thought leadership activities
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, campaign performance and account growth

Required profile

• Significant experience in digital marketing, strategic account management or a related leadership role
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategies to senior executives
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities independently
• Experience in a digital marketing agency highly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, medical, dental or B2B manufacturing is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO and broader digital marketing strategies
• Understanding of paid search, paid and organic social media, traditional media and website design
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence in public speaking, webinars and professional presentations preferred
