About the role

Deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point‑of‑sale operations and store merchandising, creating a positive experience for every shopper.

Key responsibilities

Execute all POS operational activities accurately and promptly, including scanning merchandise and processing payments.
Handle cash safely at all times and manage clubcard rewards and enrollments.
Promote Clicks clubcard to meet participation targets and inform customers of current promotions.
Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping according to visual guidelines.
Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador, staying knowledgeable about products, ranges, and promotions.
Support the company’s vision of being the first‑choice health and beauty retailer by living the values.

Required profile

Basic maths calculations and numeracy skills.
Retail/FMCG background with understanding of merchandising, promotions and stock management procedures.
Knowledge of customer service excellence.
Education: Grade 12 (minimum), with at least 50% in Maths and English.
