About the role
Absolute Pets, a premium pet food and accessories retailer with over 200 stores across South Africa, is looking for a passionate Team Leader for one of its growing stores in Port Elizabeth. The role covers sales, service, stock and staff management.
Key responsibilities
- Sales: achieve store sales and gross profit targets
- Visual merchandising management
- Service: set the standard for world-class customer service and help colleagues deliver it
- Stock: keep the store fully stocked, place orders accordingly, limit stock loss and shrinkage to below target levels, and carry out all admin duties efficiently
- Staff: manage all staff so they perform to expectation, act as a proud brand ambassador and lead by example
- Share expert product knowledge with all staff and develop yourself and your team through Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Follow the Absolute Pets culture and values
