About the role
Adient South Africa (Lesotho) Pty Ltd is looking for skilled Sewing Operators to join its automotive seat‑cover production line at the Tikoe Industrial Estate in Maseru. The role focuses on producing high‑quality car seat covers while meeting strict production and quality standards. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and provides a stable work environment within a leading automotive supplier.
Key responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble car seat covers.
- Follow detailed production specifications and work orders.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a Sewing Operator is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures.
