Lead Associate – Operations Graduate Program

About the role

The Lead Associate program is an accelerated two‑year development journey within Avery Dennison’s Operations function. Participants rotate through core sub‑functions and cross‑functional areas to build a holistic business perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Engineering, Production, and Process sub‑functions to gain hands‑on operational experience.
• Undertake cross‑functional assignments in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales to broaden business knowledge.
• Work on project‑based tasks lasting 2‑6 months, guided by dedicated managers and senior mentors.
• Develop technical, functional, and leadership capabilities through mentorship and stretch assignments.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, or Production Engineering.
• Up to two years of professional experience; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
