Senior Talent Sourcer – Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Senior Talent Sourcer to support a leading client in the defense and space manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities

• Own the initial candidate experience in partnership with onsite Talent Advisors.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and gather work history, education, skills, and salary expectations.
• Promote the employer brand online and offline while providing accurate job information.
• Utilise sourcing tools, social networks, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Delivery Managers to understand business needs and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems and track performance metrics such as conversion rates.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in secure or wireless communications hiring.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as FPGA, DSP, RF, hardware, and algorithm positions.
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritisation, and judgment skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Proven ability to work in a detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Recruiting/sourcing experience in secure or wireless communications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Technical knowledge of FPGA, DSP, RF, hardware, and algorithm domains.
