Advisory Performance Facilitator and Coach

About the role

We are looking for an Advisory Performance Facilitator and Coach to join TIH in the Western Cape. The role will drive employee performance by delivering structured learning programmes and targeted coaching for short‑term insurance personal and commercial lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging face‑to‑face and virtual learning sessions aligned with business needs.
• Conduct 1:1 and group coaching to improve performance, behaviours and technical capability.
• Analyse performance data (QA scores, KPIs, operational metrics) to identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
• Adapt or create learning content to address identified gaps and ensure relevance.
• Monitor and report on post‑training performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders, managers and subject‑matter experts to ensure alignment and buy‑in.
• Support change initiatives by reinforcing product and process knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning and coaching frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, performance coaching or similar roles within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and identify development needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
