About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for TFG, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Proactively identify and research potential candidates using creative sourcing channels.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Oversee and negotiate the offer process.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Develop and nurture high‑calibre talent pools.
• Handle complex recruitment assignments and senior‑level hires.

Required profile

• Relevant HR diploma, degree or postgraduate professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, covering full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview and place candidates effectively.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated business insight, accountability, trustworthiness, and ability to manage complexity.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with a focus on leveraging new technologies for recruitment.
