About the role
Our client in the fast‑food franchising sector is seeking a Senior Payments Officer to manage corporate payments and cash management functions.
Key responsibilities
- Securely load, update and maintain corporate beneficiary profiles on online banking platforms while ensuring KYC compliance.
- Verify banking details against records to prevent errors and combat financial fraud.
- Process domestic EFTs, inter‑account transfers and international foreign‑exchange transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate experience in payments, accounts payable or cash management.
- Proven experience handling international foreign‑exchange (Forex) payments.
Required skills
- High proficiency with corporate internet banking platforms (e.g., Nedbank Corporate, Standard Bank Business, FNB Online, ABSA Access).
- Hands‑on experience with Sage ERP or similar enterprise accounting software.
