Senior Manager FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function for a multinational financial services organisation. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will partner with executive stakeholders to shape budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decisions across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and medium‑term planning for the Group.
• Translate business strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive financial planning across international entities and currencies.
• Provide strategic analysis for investment, growth and capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare executive and board‑level reports with performance insights and recommendations.
• Own monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and management commentary.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Enhance planning capabilities through driver‑based forecasting, scenario modelling and process improvement.
• Leverage enterprise planning tools and business intelligence platforms to improve reporting.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing FP&A team.

Required profile

• Qualified CA(SA), ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance.
• Background in financial services, investment management, asset management, banking or a similarly regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
