Mortgage Case Manager

About the role

The Mortgage Case Manager will oversee mortgage applications from submission through to offer and completion, acting as the primary contact for clients throughout the post‑submission journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications from submission through to offer and completion.
• Provide clients with regular, clear updates and proactively manage expectations.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and advisers to obtain updates and resolve outstanding requirements.
• Identify delays or issues early and take action to keep applications progressing.
• Maintain accurate case notes and records across internal systems.
• Work closely with Mortgage Advisers and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Handle a high‑volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Good understanding of the UK mortgage process from application to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Experience in mortgages, financial services or case management, preferably managing mortgage applications.
• Proven customer‑service experience and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
