Senior BIM Modeller – Structures & Data Center

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Modeller to support structural design and data‑center projects. The role involves creating high‑quality BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed Revit or Bentley OpenBuildings models and drawings with limited supervision.
• Check and coordinate BIM models and deliverables against client requirements, industry standards, and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Perform model reviews for completeness and accuracy before senior engineer sign‑off.
• Support coordination using Navisworks and other collaboration tools throughout the delivery phase.
• Manage incoming and outgoing model and drawing information, including BIM 360 project administration.
• Stay updated on the latest software techniques to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Proven ability to fulfil BIM modelling duties across multiple projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural design disciplines and the overall design process.
• Computational skills such as Dynamo, Grasshopper, or Python.
• Minimum five years of relevant Revit modelling experience.
• BIM qualification or a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and planning abilities.
