About the role

Motus Retail is hiring a Sales Trainee for motor vehicles on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role suits outgoing, high-energy people who want to learn and build a sales career in the automotive industry. Candidates are trained on the sales process across a network of dealerships, with the possibility of a permanent appointment as a vehicle salesperson after completion.

Key responsibilities

Learn vehicle features and competitive models
Educate customers and match them to suitable vehicles
Communicate with potential buyers by phone, email and social media

Required profile

South African citizen
Aged 18 to 34
Valid driver's licence and safe driving history
Matric certificate or equivalent
Clear criminal and credit record
Previous sales and/or marketing experience is an advantage
