Remote Admin Clerk – Road Transport (Midrand, Johannesburg)

About the role

Loadit is seeking a remote Admin Clerk to support its road transport operations. The role is based in the Midrand/Johannesburg area and offers a 12‑month contract with the possibility of progressing to Transport Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Vet and acquire drivers and vehicles.
• Capture delivery data accurately.
• Assist with vehicle route planning.
• Communicate with operations teams and drivers.
• Perform general administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Residence in or around Midrand, Johannesburg.
• Degree or diploma in Road Transport/Logistics (2nd‑year candidates considered).
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow processes.
• Logical thinking and route‑planning ability is advantageous.
• Reliable fibre internet connection and personal smartphone.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 07:30‑16:30, with potential weekend and overtime work.
