Change Lead – Logistics Transformation

About the role

The Change Lead will drive adoption of system, process and operational changes across the logistics function, ensuring users are prepared and supported throughout implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support change management activities for systems, processes and operational changes aligned with the logistics strategy.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver system and business‑process training to end‑users within logistics.
• Design, develop and maintain training content, user guides, SOPs and quick‑reference materials.
• Support system implementations, process changes and operational roll‑outs by preparing users and driving adoption.
• Conduct process mapping, identify gaps and recommend practical improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma, graduate or post‑graduate degree with 4+ years of experience in change management, systems training or implementation.
• Proven experience developing training material, user guides and delivering end‑user training sessions.
• Understanding of logistics, supply‑chain or distribution‑centre operations is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan WMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI‑enabled productivity tools.
• Familiarity with digital platforms used for training, reporting and process documentation.
• Ability to report, track training progress and measure change readiness.
