Recruitment, Systems & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment, Systems & Operations Lead to drive our permanent recruitment division and manage our proprietary recruitment and vetting database. You will work closely with executive management, software developers and recruitment teams to ensure efficient, scalable and industry‑leading recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the permanent recruitment division, developing new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Mentor, coach and support recruitment consultants to maximise performance and monitor recruitment KPIs.
• Own the Group’s recruitment and vetting database, overseeing migration, upload and quality assurance of candidate profiles.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and ongoing maintenance while driving user adoption and system optimisation.
• Collaborate with software developers to identify enhancements, test new features and document business requirements.
• Train and support recruitment teams across multiple branches on system usage, best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Lead strategic recruitment‑related projects from planning through implementation, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading permanent recruitment functions and delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop recruitment consultants.
• Experience managing recruitment databases, ensuring data quality and system adoption.
• Project management expertise, capable of driving strategic initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
