Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Epiroc is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, build talent pipelines, and ensure a world‑class candidate experience while supporting our diversity and inclusion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to pre‑boarding.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and HR colleagues to deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks and talent communities.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens Epiroc’s employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and use data to improve effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement through digital tools, automation and agile methods.
• Coordinate with local, regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment with global Talent Acquisition practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment across various levels and disciplines.
• Experience conducting competency‑based, behavioural and structured interviews.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and recruitment channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud‑based HR platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and other professional networking platforms for sourcing.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and psychometric testing.
• Exposure to HR digitalisation, automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
